Two openings for junior to mid level corporate attorneys with large law firm experience for a full service firm and also a boutique, sophisticated corporate law firm with offices in the suburbs of Philly. Specifically, attorneys with at least 3 years of sophisticated corporate experience (M & A, Venture Capital, Private Equity or General Corporate) and excellent pedigree. Experience managing more junior associates would be helpful. The firm offers excellent growth/partnership potential. Experience in debt financing also a plus for one of the firms.
